Chicken Marsala


  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • Flour mixed with salt, pepper, and a pinch ot thyme
  • 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
  • shallots
  • 1/3 cup marsala wine
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine


Saute chicken, remove from pan and set aside. Saute mushrooms and shallots. Add wine and water. Then simmer with chicken. Sprinkle with parsley and server with mashed potatoes.
